SAIGI is leader in Italy in the production of free-range quails (which are not bred in cages as many other producers still do!) and has optimized its genetics, feeding and breeding technique of quails and cockerels in order to obtain grown animals, following nature’s rhythm. Maximum attention is due to quality, from breeding to packaging and on-going product innovation. The passion of its farmers and work of its highly qualified staff give to Saigi the honor to be chosen by the Italian distribution. SAIGI is certified with ISO 9001:2000 and we are the first who have obtained a UNI ISO 10939 traceability certification from the egg to the final product.
The control of all production phases guarantees high quality standards. Quality has been achieved through gradual checking, over time, of all phases in the production cycle.
In our farms we choose the best food for feeding our animals, without accepting any compromise in terms of quality. Also the environment is essential for the health of the animals and it contributes to the production of excellent meat. For this reason animals are reared mainly on hills, in well ventilated and lit spaces, under the close supervision of experienced and highly qualified staff. Animal feeding is based on wheat, maize, soya and mineral salts. The high quality of our products is the result of a careful and scrupulous work:
Our products are delivered directly to the customer from 12 to 24 hours after slaughtering. If deliveries are managed to Italian islands or to foreign countries, it is in any case guaranteed within 48 hours. |
