Spicy legs

ingredients:

  • 4 packages of legs with chilli pepper
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 1 marjoram limb
  • 1 spoon of minced parsley
  • 1 pinch of thyme and tarragon
  • extra virgin oil and salt

preparation:

Open the legs and press them down, so that they remain open and rub a garlic clove on it. Put in a high plate, add bacon and spread with marjoram, minced parsley, a pinch of thyme and tarragon and drizzle with olive oil and marinade it for 3 hours in the refrigerator. Please roll few times. Drip and put them on a pan, roast them very well and cook for 20 minutes. Wet with the marinade oil and serve.
