Legs with juniper

ingredients:

  • 4 packages of legs with bacon and sage,
  • 60g of butter
  • 16 juniper berry, salt, pepper

preparation:

Divide the legs twice and brown with butter, minced sage, salt and pepper. When they are browned, put the pan inside the oven at 220°, add the juniper berry, bacon, previously sliced, and cook for 20 minutes.
