ingredients:
- 2 poussins
- 1 cup of pineapple juice
- 1 cup of peanut butter
- 1 garlic clove in slices
- ¼ of chopped onion
- 2 spoons of chilli sauce
- ¼ cup of Soya sauce
preparation:
Put in a small pan the peanut butter with pineapple juice, garlic, onion and chilli and Soya sauce. Cook in order to obtain a homogeneous soup. Grill the poussins and add the species, salt and pepper. By the end of the cooking pour the hot sauce over the poussins. Serve hot
