Roasted or baked poussin:
1 poussin
1 sprig of rosemary
1 sprig of thyme
1 sprig of sage
3-4 cloves of garlic
Salt and Pepper To Taste
Put the cockerel under a dressing with aromatic herbs and garlic. Roast or roast the cockerel.
Cooking time: about 1 hour.
(Note: If you bake it in the oven, place the cockerel in a tray with oil and white wine when it is browned.)
