Breasts with green pepper


  • 2 packages of quail breast with green pepper and rosemary
  • extra virgin olive oil, salt


Heat a pan made in terra-cotta inside the oven at 220° for 10 minutes. Press the quail breasts in order to flatten them. Put inside the hot terra-cotta pan and cook for 15 minutes (grill), pour with olive oil and serve hot.
