INGREDIANTS:
12 SAIGI quail eggs
2 eggs
50 gr of breadcrumbs
Salt and Pepper To Taste.
peanut oil to taste
1 sprig of sage
PREPATION:
Boil the quail eggs for 6 minutes and then peel them.
Mix the sage with the breadcrumbs.
Pass the boiled and peeled quail eggs inside the 2 beaten eggs Then pass them in breadcrumbs
Fry them in peanut oil, then drain on absorbent paper and season with salt and pepper.
